MECHANICVILLE -- Joseph F. Lanzone, 88, of Saratoga Avenue, died Monday at Samaritan Hospital, Troy after a brief illness. Born August 18, 1910 in Mechanicville, where he resided all his life, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Lucia Ferrara Lanzone. Mr. Lanzone was a clerk with the Boston and Maine Railroad for over 30 years. He also worked in the personnel department of William Press of Menands for ten years. After his retirement, Mr. Lanzone worked in the offices of Steve Burrello Construction and Donovan Tree Service for several years. He was a longtime member and past president of the Italian Fraternal Society of Mechanicville, a member of Assumption-St. Paul Church …
