The shop where you don't leave your car

SUPERMARKET giant Tesco is set to open the UK's first drive-thrustore. The service is aimed at customers who do not want to carryout their weekly shop, but who also do not have time to wait in foran internet delivery. For a fee of Pounds 2 they will be able todrive to a dedicated area in a Tesco store and pick up theirshopping without having to leave their car. The first drive-thrustore is being launched at the Tesco Extra store in Baldock,Hertfordshire, today as a pilot.
